Needed my gas logs repaired. was able to get a quick appointment and Randy was right on time. Randy was very knowledgeable and friendly.. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He quickly repaired the fireplace, cleaned up the work area and charged me a very fair price. I highly recommend that you use IRV

James was very knowledgeable. Found out right away what the problem was. Replaced the doorbell chime in no time. Thanks so much James for an awesome job!! Anthony, the electrician tech, inspected my house. He was very professional, punctual and explain everything carefully. He did an awesome job and also give him 5 ⭐️s!! He updated the existing electrical panel and did a very good job!!! Ted also did an excellent job inspecting the plumbing. Friendly and communicative!! Also 5 ⭐️s!! Matthew the HVAC expert, did an awesome inspection!! He did a very thorough inspection!! There was no issues found but he did explain everything in details! Very communicative!! 5 ⭐️ s February 2025: Matthew and James came to do an inspection maintenance and did an awesome job. Dustin did an Awesome job inspecting all the plumbing. He suggested to replaced the water tank which was 18yrs old! Dustin replaced my old water tank. He did an excellent job!!! Great personality and professional and explained in details everything he did. I would give him 10 stars!!! IRV have the best technicians!!!

Randy was great! Very friendly and personable. Knows exactly what he’s doing. I love the way this company communicates. You know exactly when the technician is coming and he showed up right on time. Came right back with the part he needed and didn’t waste my time. I’ll be calling them again if I need service.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THIEVES AND LIARS. This company is full of liars and thieves. I've been without hear since October and they just keep leading me along. The latest now is the inducer motor will be here March 11, I've been waiting since December 23rd. Their name IRV stands for Integrity Reliability and Value. All lies, they have no integrity or reliability. They're liars about being a veteran or LGBTQ friendly, they use that to prey on people. There are true reputable companies out there that work hard are dependable and honest that will take care of business. I have these services covered by Home Serve who is contacted by Dominion. IRV is ripping off Dominion energy customers with the help of Home Serve.

This review is for Melissa the Receptionist who “who makes it happen “ and Randy the guy with 20+ yrs of knowledge and experience and determination. My bathroom sewage overflow was beyond anything I’d ever seen, , 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi tub, stand alone shower floor completely covered in sewage. My bedroom carpet was saturated, hallway and living room floor in large spaces, baseboards, lower walls soaked,, AWFUL ‼️ Randy observed trap in front yard was dry ,blockage was stopped by tree in yard before drainage bulk material could flow to street. Randy refused to give up, his persistence was everything; he continued until he forced thru the branch materials. Huge noisy fans were left for 2 days to dry floors and walls by a Restoration company.

Anthony was great! He is a very smart young man. He was able to troubleshoot my issue and find a solution. He discovered something that no one else has been able to do. He deserves a raise! Great personality! Very professional! Very kind!

Brian arrived in a timely manner and was able to diagnose a possible fix for our heating issue. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
